A limited number of exhibit tables are available. Each is 6’ x 30” and will be draped in white. Power will not be available. Exhibits are restricted to the table top. Standard exhibit tables are $1100 and include 5 dinners. Premium exhibit tables are $1575 and include 10 dinners. A $100 discount is available to CSI and CSC members for each exhibit table.
Ensure your target market attends. All exhibit tables are packaged with a set number of dinners. Once an exhibit table is registered, the exhibitor can invite guests to join them for the evening. Exhibitors register their guests online for ease and convenience. The chapter office staff will assist with finding potential guests if needed (206-382-3393, prospec@psccsi.org).
Offer your guests a pleasant experience. A seminar will be offered to guests at no charge. Following the seminars they can share cocktails and appetizers with exhibitors as they peruse the tabletop exhibits. Afterwards they will enjoy a delicious meal in the elegant Harbor Dining room in the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on Elliott Bay while listening to the featured speaker.
